Rosie Huntington-Whiteley & Jason Statham Won The Oscar For Hottest Couple Last Night
If the Oscars red carpet and ceremony were all about breakout stars and stellar performances-the after-parties are about the absolutely stunning couples. While Nick Jonas and Priyanka Chopra showed up to enjoy the party where they first met as newlyweds, others arrived to simply prove that they are too gorgeous to handle: case in point, Rosie Huntington-Whiteley and Jason Statham.
Huntington-Whiteley wore a statuesque Atelier Versace gown and Neil Lane jewels, while Statham looked dashing in a classic tuxedo. Rosie joined the league of breathtaking attendees in stunning silver and metallic looks, like Jennifer Lopez, Brie Larson, and more.
While it seems Chopra and Jonas had infinitely more fun on the Vanity Fair party red carpet than any of the other A-listers in attendance, Huntington-Whiteley and Statham did what they do best, look positively, jaw-droppingly gorgeous. The English set are rarely known to joke around on red carpets, keeping things all about the fashion and their gorgeousness, but Huntington-Whiteley took a moment to sneak in a kiss on Statham's cheek half-way through their photo-ops.
The action film star and supermodel have been together since 2010, after meeting at Coachella. In June 2017, they welcomed a son, Jack Oscar Statham. While the two are not yet married, they've been engaged for some time, but it seems parenthood is top priority for the pair at the moment.
Harper's BAZAAR UK recently reported that Huntington-Whiteley plans to marry her beau of nine years, but that marriage not at the top of her to-do list; she and Statham would rather tie the knot when their son can play a larger role in their ceremony. "We’ve been so focused on our work for so long, and Jack came along. We definitely talk about it, we’re looking forward to that time, it’s also not a huge priority for us, we’re so happy...I think it will be fun to do it when the baby’s grown up a bit and he can be involved in the wedding.”
