Rochelle Humes recently revealed she was suffering from “really low” iron levels as she prepares to give birth to her third child.

Now the TV star, 31, has opened up about her struggle with back pain as a result of “massive pregnancy boobs”.

Speaking to The Sun’s Fabulous magazine, The Saturdays band member said: “These boobs have grown out of nowhere.

“They’re just massive! I don’t know what to do with them. I’ve got back ache constantly and I didn’t have that before.

“With my first two pregnancies, my boobs grew, but not like this. This is a whole new thing. Even though it’s the third time, I’m definitely just getting used to this new body.”

According to the NHS, back pain in pregnancy is common, and is largely caused by the ligaments in the body naturally becoming “softer and stretch to prepare you for labour” which can “put a strain on the joints of your lower back and pelvis”.

The This Morning presenter shares daughters Alaia, seven, and Valentina, three, with JLS star andf husband Marvin Humes, 35.

It comes as the expectant star recently told her followers on Instagram Stories that her doctor had said her iron levels were “really low”, explaining that they’re “they're supposed to be 110 or anything above 110 but mine were at 80”.

Humes – who is due to give birth in October – said she had suffered low iron levels in her previous pregnancies with Alaia and Valentina.

Despite these historic diagnoses, the pop star explained that 80g/l was “particularly low” for her.

She said she was trying to rest as well as eat plenty of iron-rich foods.

The star added: “I’m just trying to rest really. My blood pressure is low as well... it doesn't affect the baby and there's no alarming signs, it would be worse if you had high blood pressure, but I think it just makes you feel a lot worse.

“I’m taking my supplements and all the things I've been told to take and trying to eat so much spinach. So just trying to rest up and take it easy.”
