Rocco Nacino and Melissa Gohing are engaged
23 Nov – Rocco Nacino and girlfriend Melissa Gohing are now engaged to be married after three years of relationship.
The actor shared the good news on social media on 21 November with a photo of him and his now fiancée holding each other in the middle of a clearing surrounded by flowers, revealing that he popped the question the night before.
"And she said yes," he wrote. "I love you forever, [Melissa]."
As for Gohing, she posted several photos from the said proposal on Instagram and wrote, "The easiest "Yes" I've ever said in my life!"
"My [mother] taught me that LOVE is a CHOICE. And that I should choose a husband that I can get through the highest of highs and lowest of lows. To my future husband, I will still choose you over and over again even in the darkest of times because you showed me the stars. I love you Enrico Raphael Quiogue Nacino forever."
She admitted that it still felt surreal the morning after, revealing the moments from the event - from walking along to her favourite Christian played by her friends, being proposed to at sunset, having a Zoom watch party with all of their friends and families, and a dinner with both of their immediate families.
"May God be the centre of our lives always," she added.
