Robin Padilla is happy for BB Gandanghari
24 Aug - Robin Padilla has nothing else to say but to wish his then-brother, Rustom Padilla - now officially BB Gandanghari, all the happiness that she could get.
As reported on Rappler News, the actor was recently asked about his opinion regarding Gandanghari's petition for a name and gender change in California.
Though he and his siblings were not on good terms with Gandanghari in the past due to her decision, Padilla stated that he would be happy for her.
"Of course, I still protest. But I guess, generally for us, if you love a person and that person is happy, you should be happy for them," said Padilla.
He admitted that Gandanghari has also helped him change a lot of his views about the LGBT community.
"I made a lot of mistakes too, and I've wronged her a lot. But for me, as long as you're not violating the law or hurting anybody, we're good. We're at peace," he added.
