Robert Pattinson: 'I'm a huge fan of sheet masks'

Robert Pattinson is a huge fan of expensive sheet masks.

The Twilight star, who has been the face of Dior's male fragrance Homme since 2013, confessed he is obsessed with the must-have skincare product and has even braved wearing them on flights.

"Sheet masks – the fancier, the better. I used to be a little bit embarrassed about wearing them, and now I’m just full-on committed," he told Vanity Fair. "As soon as I get on a plane, I just shove that thing on, and put an eye mask over the top. People really don’t talk to you as well. You look very American Psycho."

And he joked that his longtime working relationship with the French fashion and beauty house has helped to fuel his love of the sheet mask.

"That's one of the best things about working with Dior: They can just send me as many as I want!" Robert laughed.

Despite being the face of Dior Homme, the 33-year-old candidly revealed that he rarely wears fragrance, but when he does, it instantly relaxes him.

"I don't really wear fragrance that often. Putting a fragrance on, it does make you feel more relaxed. Rather than just rushing out the door, it's almost like you're hyping yourself up to have a good time. Hyping yourself up to be relaxed," he explained.

Elsewhere in the interview, he confessed that there's one beauty ritual he refuses to take part in – a bath.

"I like the idea of getting in the bath, and then, as soon as I get in, there’s something incredibly claustrophobic (about it). It's weird. I always feel like I'm always on the cusp of a panic attack!" he joked.
