Robert Mak on COVID-19 condition: No fever, a lot of chest pain

27 Jul – Although both Zaina Sze and her manager Apple have been doing much better since being tested positive for COVID-19, the same cannot be said for the latter's boyfriend and actor Robert Mak (Mak Tak Law).

As reported on Mingpao, the actor, who has been receiving treatment in the isolation ward of the Kowloon's Queen Elizabeth Hospital since contracting the virus, sounded quite concerning in his 26-second recording reply to the media who texted him about his condition.

Robert, who was wheezing and panting throughout his answer, stated that he had no fever or chills since his hospitalisation, but that his chest hurt whenever he inhaled.

"The mouth feels strange and I also cough a little," he added.

On the other hand, Apple assured that everything is fine, and that the doctor will conduct another blood test and lung examination, as well as multiple swab tests later on.

As for Zaina, the singer stated that she is currently in a normal condition, and that the second swab test has been done following the diagnosis.
