Ria Atayde: JM de Guzman and I are just friends
10 Jun – Despite the ongoing rumours about their relationship, Ria Atayde recently stressed that she and JM de Guzman are no more than friends for now.
As reported on ABS-CBN, the actress, who was asked about the real score between them, shared that she and de Guzman are still getting to know each other.
"I'm saying this all the time. We're genuinely just friends," she said, adding that the "Araw Gabi" star was not even courting her.
Asked if they could ever be more than friends, the actress said that she would only be able to say when it actually happens.
"But for now, there is nothing. So let's see," she added.
As for rumours that de Guzman was courting her while still dating Barbie Imperial, Atayde stated that there is no such thing.
"We are still at the point that we are still getting to know each other and until we get to that point I can't say that we are going out," she said.
