Rachel Peters announces engagement
13 Nov – Miss Universe PH 2017 Rachel Peters recently announced that she is now engaged to be married.
As reported on Rappler, the beauty queen shared the good news on social media with a photo of her showing off her engagement ring as she embraced long-time boyfriend and now fiancé, Camarines Sur governor Migz Villafuerte.
She wrote, "Your [girl's] getting hitched!"
Among celebrities who took to the comments section to express their well-wishes include Miss Universe 2015, Pia Wurtzbach, who wrote, "So happy for you Rachel!", as well as Miss Universe PH 2016, Maxine Medina, who posted, "Congrats!"
Peters and Villafuerte have been dating even before the former joined Binibining Pilipinas 2017, where she was named Miss Universe-PH.
