Producer wants to make "Extraordinary Attorney Woo 2"

19 Aug – Following its success since its release on Netflix, the producer of "Extraordinary Attorney Woo" stated that he hopes to produce season two of the series.

Speaking about the drama's stellar reception, ASTORY CEO Lee Sang-Baek stated that the support from viewers have given them a great motivation to do another season, with the goal to air it in 2024.

"But it would not be easy to coordinate the schedules of the cast and production team, so we have to have a lot of discussion first," he said.

At the same time, he assured that they have no plans to change anything when it comes to cast members, director, writer, or the overall team.

"The goal here is to maintain more than 90 percent of the same cast and crew," Lee added.

In addition, the company is also planning to produce other forms of content inspired by the story through a variety of mediums including a musical and a webtoon.

The series stars Park Eun-Bin as the titular lawyer who is on the autism spectrum.
