Princess Eugenie's Hat Had a Sweet Little Message

The highlight of most royal affairs are usually the statement-making hats and fascinators worn by the royal family and their guests. So when Queen Elizabeth hosted one of her annual garden parties at Buckingham Palace on Thursday, May 31, naturally, Prince Williams' epic top hat and Princess Eugenie's fascinator were a feast for the eyes. Of course, there was a hidden message in Eugenie's piece, a sweet tribute to her fiancée, Jack Brooksbank.

The bride-to-be arrived in style in an all-navy ensemble, with her face shrouded by a matching navy Miss Harada fascinator with the word "Love" inscribed on the front. The sweet gesture comes just months before the princess and Brooksbank's wedding, which will take place on October 12 at St. George's Chapel at the Windsor Castle, the same venue the newly-minted Duke and Duchess of Sussex (aka Meghan and Harry!!!) held their royal wedding in May.

The royal family announced the engagement of Princess Eugenie and Jack Brooksbank via Twitter earlier in January. The couple was originally set to marry in September but were forced to push the date back to October due to Meghan Markle and Prince Harry's travel schedule.
