To celebrate Meghan Markle's 36th birthday, Prince Harry whisked the actress away on a romantic African safari vacation.

The (half) royal couple touched down in Botswana for their getaway in coordinating outfits. Both Harry and Meghan opted for baseball caps, skinny blue jeans, and black sunglasses as they arrived hand-in-hand.

In the photo, the Suits actress appears to be carrying a birthday present from the royal - a framed photo wrapped in bubble wrap.

The birthday trip has been sparking countless engagement rumors, with many speculating that Prince Harry might propose during the vacation. According to The Sun, the destination is a popular engagement spot amongst couples, with a royal source revealing:

"Harry has been planning this holiday for a long time. He’s made the trip incredibly romantic. They’ll go on boats across the lake, walk in the bush at dawn and camp under the stars. Who knows what will happen when they’re watching a sensational African sunset together? Maybe he’ll get down on one knee. Harry regards Africa as his spiritual home and has often talked of how he can get away from it all there."

Though an engagement seems to be in the future, it's worth noting that Prince William proposed to Kate Middleton on an African safari back in 2010. So Prince Harry may be less inclined to copy his older brother and decide to propose at a different location.

Only time will tell...
