  • Prince Charles and the royal family gave some new interviews for an upcoming TV program about Charles' life.

  • The filmmaker just shared some insight into Charles' relationship with his sons Prince Harry and Prince William.

While the rest of internet is still freaking out about Kate Middleton casually strolling around Kensington Gardens, let me direct you to some insights about Prince Harry and Meghan Markle's relationship with Harry's dad Prince Charles-apparently, Charles has some pretty good advice when it comes to dealing with the press.

John Bridcut, a filmmaker who conducted in-depth interviews with Charles, Harry, Prince William, and Duchess Camillia for a new TV special Prince Charles at 70, has some insights about the royal family that he recently shared with Daily Mail.

When asked what kind of advice Charles would offer to Harry about dealing public drama and critics, John speculates, "I would have thought that his approach would be that you just carry on doing the job. He wouldn't have added to that. His attitude would be that some of the attacks, he would feel were unfair...He would apply himself and soldier on."

John also talks about Charles' connection with his sons and their wives, saying, "There is a close relationship between father and son and I'm aware that he gets along very well with both the daughters-in-law," and adding that Charles has been a solid support for his children.

Now the real question is: Can Charles offer any support on getting Meg and Harry's home ready into time for their baby? That seems to be a bigger issue than bad press for them rn!
