Pippa Middleton continues to stay active throughout her first pregnancy. The mom-to-be, who's reportedly due in October, was seen biking through London yesterday after hitting the gym. She sported a stylish floral shirtdress by Anthropologie and Penelope Chilvers flats.
She accessorized with a plum leather backpack, a tan crossbody bag, and round sunglasses. And, because she doesn't overlook safety, she wore a helmet for the ride, too.
Middleton, who's expecting her first child with husband James Matthews, has been open about staying fit and active while expecting, especially through her columns for Waitrose Weekend.
When she first confirmed her pregnancy with a column entry in June, she noted the importance of keeping a fitness regimen while pregnant. "I've noticed my body change but through exercise I feel it's being strengthened," she wrote at the time.
Middleton has also continued to pursue her love of tennis while pregnant (and no, that doesn't just mean going to Wimbledon). In another column, she mentioned how she plays in doubles matches and doesn't exert all of her energy with every shot to ensure she doesn't overwork herself on the court.

She said playing while with child results in "improved placental growth, good weight management, as well as reducing back pain, strengthening heart and blood vessels, overall body strength, and reducing the risk of gestational diabetes."
Pippa has even incorporated swimming into her prenatal exercise. She says the sport helps prevent swelling in the arms and legs for pregnant women, especially in the summer.
