Unless you’ve been living under a rock, you’re probably aware of the Beef Bro brand that’s known for its flame-grilled beef cubes. Whilst they have been mainly seen in pasar malams as well as kiosks, they have recently opened Beefbro Restro, their latest concept store, at 41 Arab Street.
Opened on 26 Dec 2022, this new concept is backed up by a new menu and the accessibility of dining in at the restaurant. There are a few highlight dishes for the new venture. Firstly, the All Day Everyday Breakfast (S$15) features scrambled eggs, corn, tomato, mushroom, broccoli, sausage and butter-toasted bread.
There’s also the Family Seafood Platter (S$188) which contains an array of seafood to make fishmongers go green with envy. The set contains lobsters, prawns the size of your palm, clams, mussels, grilled squids and fish. You can also opt for the Lobster Carbonara (S$28), which features linguine pasta topped with a creamy sauce and a chunky grilled lobster.
Purists can always opt for their ever-popular beef cubes, which comes in options such as Mentaiko Shortribs Beef Cubes (S$11.90), Mala Shortribs Beef Cubes (S$12.90) and Truffle Shortribs Beef Cubes (S$12.90).
You can even get more premium meat in the form of Wagyu Beef Cubes that comes in flavours such as Cheesy Mentaiko Wagyu Beef Cubes and Teriyaki Wagyu Beef Cubes (S$17.90).
For a more filling meal, Beefbro Restro also has rice bowl options such as Wagyu Beef Cubes Ricebowl (S$24.50) and Angus Steak Ribeye Ricebowl (S$13.90). Swap out rice for pasta with their range of pasta options like the Beef Balls Arrabbiata (S$12.50) and Wagyu Beef Aglio Olio (S$23.50).
From kiosk to concept store, Beef Bro has certainly come a long way. Seems like it’s time to pay its newly opened restaurant a visit!
