Pops Fernandez wants Derek Ramsay on new show
18 Dec – Pops Fernandez would like Derek Ramsay to appear on her new show so that they could once and for all clarify rumours romantically linking them to one another.
As reported on ABS-CBN News, the singer, who spoke to the media on the virtual press conference of her said Cignal TV's Colours show, "eXes & whYs", stated that it would be great to have the actor on the show to clarify the situation.
"It's okay to ask about it because it's absolutely not true. I just don't want to talk about it because I felt Derek and Andrea are not really talking about it," she said.
Fernandez was linked to Ramsay following news of his split with actress Andrea Torres.
"I don't know [how the rumours started], because all of a sudden it just came out. I also have friends in the US and Europe asking me if it's true. It's not," she expressed.
Fernandez lamented that it was disappointing that people tend to believe anything they saw or read rather than finding out the truth.
"I can count the times that I have seen Derek and during those times, we were also with Andrea. We don't talk to each other, we don't really text each other. Maybe because I've met Derek's mother, but that was for another reason. Other than that, not at all," she said.
