How to make a poached egg

What you need: An egg Water Saucepan Two teaspoons of vinegar A small bowl Slotted spoon Preparation: 1. Half-fill a saucepan with water, place it over a medium flame and leave it to simmer. 2. Add two teaspoons of vinegar to the water. 3. Crack an egg into a small bowl. 4. Slowly tip the egg into the saucepan, letting the egg white flowing out first. 5.
