PlayStation VR system to launch in Singapore on 13 Oct

Good news for avid gamers! PlayStation VR (PS VR), a virtual reality system for the PlayStation 4 video game console, will be launched in Singapore on 13 October.
Over 60 PS VR software titles have been confirmed for launch in Asia, with 13 of the titles coming from regional developers, said Sony Interactive Entertainment Hong Kong (Singapore Branch) in a news release. These include Stifled (Gattai Games, Singapore) and O! My Genesis (XPEC Entertainment, Taiwan).
“Since we unveiled PS VR, we’ve received a tremendous response from gamers and developers,” said Hiroyuki Oda, deputy president of Sony Interactive Entertainment Japan Asia.
The suggested retail price for the PS VR console is $599, while the PS VR with PlayStation Camera bundle has a suggested price tage of $649. Pre-orders will be available at selected Sony Centres and authorised PlayStation dealers from Saturday (30 July).
