Pia Wurtzbach says new movie will push through

22 Oct – Pia Wurtzbach recently assured that her upcoming movie with Vhong Navarro is pushing through despite the lack of recent news about it.

As reported on Push, the beauty queen, who announced her said project earlier this year, denied the notion that it has been cancelled and stressed that the studio is working on it.

"We would shoot an hour's worth of scenes, but after reviewing it, they decided that we need to make some changes. We don't want it to come out half-baked, right? We want to make sure it's a hundred percent what we want to show everyone," she said.

Wurtzbach also stated that despite the previous hiccup, filming will resume next month.

"From what I've been told, it is just a delay. Vhong and I are on standby. We're cool. We're game to shoot again any time," she added.

It was back in March this year that the actress revealed that she is working on a new movie with Navarro, to be produced by Black Sheep ("Isa Pa with Feelings", "Exes Baggage").
