The good news is that despite the rising costs of many items these days, there are still lipsticks that stay within your budget. And here’s the icing on the cake: lipsticks last you a long time!

Here’s what freelance makeup artist Mary Ann Po believes are the several factors you need to consider when choosing lipstick: “Quality, durability, length [of time] that they last, their finish, and the price.” She assures that price does not dictate good quality.
