PHOTOS: Michelle Chong, Yoga Lin join Japanese artistes at FUERZA BRUTA 'WA!' premiere
Singapore actress/director Michelle Chong, famous for roles such as Lulu, was on the red carpet for the premiere of FUERZA BRUTA “WA!” at the Stellar Ball, Shinagawa Prince Hotel in Tokyo on Tuesday (1 Aug).
The Japanese-inspired show features performances that defy gravity and incorporates new influences while featuring some the acts FUERZA BRUTA is known for, including a transparent pool and soaring aerial displays.
Originating in Buenos Aires and directed by Diqui James, the 360-degree entertainment experience features performers flying about freely in a space surrounded by light and music.
“It’s exhilarating and in a league of its own! I love that the show is interactive, multi-sensory and can be enjoyed by people of all ages and nationalities because it has no language barriers!” Chong said after the premiere.
Also present was Taiwanese singer Yoga Lin, alongside Japanese artistes like Airi Sugimoto and Mayu Hotta, as well as girl group Perfume.
FUERZA BRUTA “WA!” will run at Stellar Ball, Shinagawa Prince Hotel in Tokyo, Japan, until 10 December 2017.
