Phoebe Sin makes changes at home due to third wave of pandemic

28 Jul – Phoebe Sin recently admitted that she has become much more careful following the resurgence of COVID-19 cases in Hong Kong, and it prompted her to do everything on her own to ensure cleanliness instead of relying on the domestic worker.

As reported on Mingpao, the TVB artiste who was spotted buying groceries with her husband Ruco Chan at a Kowloon City market earlier, stated that she is worried that her domestic helper may not be paying attention to hygiene or who she has been in contact with before coming to her home, which is why she now personally does her own chores.

"Now I will buy groceries on my own. Some daily necessities will be ordered online and I also added more disinfectants at home," she said.

Phoebe admitted that she is most worried about her 16-month old daughter Quinta, who hasn't been out of the house for more than a week now.

"I have to find things for her to do every day. But I also found that my daughter likes books, so I will sit with her and tell her stories. She also likes to play pretend doing housework. I once saw her move her clothes out of the room one by one and then arrange them for half an hour," she said with a laugh.

As for husband Ruco Chan, he is still working on his new drama, "Super Emissary". Phoebe stated that she does feel concerned about his safety, and would always remind the actor to pay attention to his health and hygiene.

"Every time he comes home, he will change his shirt immediately. He will only embrace our daughter after taking a shower," she added.
