Phil Lam gives wife time to expand career
23 May – Although both he and his wife are fond of kids, Hong Kong singer Phil Lam recently admitted that they have decided not to have any for the time being.
As reported on Mingpao, the singer who attended an event with wife Rikko Lee recently, shared that his wife has expressed her desire to postpone their baby plans to next year so that she could focus on her career for now.
"I want to be involved in more projects and prove to others that I am a good host and not just rely on my husband," said Rikko.
Phil chimed, "I am confident of her. She can do whatever she wants to do now, I have no issue with that."
In a previous interview, Phil shared that Rikko sacrificed a lot for him in the past, and that he will repay her by giving her a chance to pursue her dream.
The couple, who have together for ten years, registered their marriage last year and held their wedding reception back in March.
