Petrina Fung's nose heals nicely after Bangkok accident

10 Oct – Veteran actress Petrina Fung assured that everything is well with her, especially her previously broken nose, following her accident three months ago.

As reported on Mingpao, the actress, who spoke to the media on location of her new movie with Patrick Tse, stated that following the accident, which happened while she was holidaying in Bangkok with her son, she had her nose fixed in Kuala Lumpur.

"A nasal splint was inserted to realign my nose bridge. It was removed after five days. After resting for a month, I was able to go on stage to present an award to Sammo Hung. Nowadays, I rely on the make-up artiste to massage it," she said.

However, Petrina said that the injury does not affect her work at all, adding that producer Gordon Lam was gracious enough to give the older actors two days off whenever they had to film for 14 hours.

"I was able to get enough sleep and do facial treatment before returning to work every time," she said.

Petrina also stated that she would have no issue working with Gordon again if the producer continues to arrange his actors' schedule in such a way.
