PartyNextDoor previews new album with 'Split Decision'

The Canadian rapper announced last January that he was still adding the final touches to his much-anticipated new album, "PARTYMOBILE."

"To the fans, I'm gonna need some more time to put the finishing touches on this album. February... I promise the extra time will be worth it," he said in a statement at the time.

PartyNextDoor has now confirmed on his social media that the long-awaited follow-up to 2016's "PartyNextDoor 3" will drop as soon as March 27.

To keep fans waiting, the OVO Sound signee released a new cut from the album, entitled "Split Decision."

The Alex Lustig-produced single finds PartyNextDoor facing the repercussions of his infidelity, as he croons "Tried to call a million times and no I won't stop, won't stop/ Calling to apologize, just got my heart stuck, heart stuck/ You found some things you never should have found, never should have found."

"Split Decision" arrived two weeks after PartyNextDoor unveiled his latest collaboration with OVO founder Drake, entitled "Loyal."

Puerto Rican superstar Bad Bunny later hopped on a remix of "Loyal" with the two Canadian rappers.

The singles are rumored to appear on the "Come and See Me" vocalist's fourth studio album, alongside the previously issued "The News."

Details about "PARTYMOBILE" are still scarce to this date, although PartyNextDoor told fans back in 2017 that the full-length will be "straight party & unapologetic."

While working on his new album, the 26-year-old rapper notably appeared on Summer Walker's "Just Might" and contributed to Jay Park's "Fade Away" as well as City Girls' "Trap Star."
