Pakho Chau admits frustrated by exposed ID

7 Dec – Hong Kong singer Pakho Chau has expressed frustration over the unprofessional behaviour of a hotel staff who previously shared his information on the internet.

As reported on Mingpao, earlier this week, it was reported that Pakho's identity card and photos were shared online a few hours after he checked in at a hotel in Jiangmen following his concert.

When asked how he found out about it, Pakho stated that it was thanks to several fans who reported it to his manager.

"After learning about the incident, the hotel manager and staff immediately came to my room in the middle of the night to apologise to me. I have already accepted their apology, but this is a serious situation, which is why I decided to speak about it openly," he said.

Pakho stated that while it is hard to avoid such a thing being a celebrity that he is, he hopes that the public will respect people's privacy.

"Not everything can just be shared online," he added.
