You’ve seen the sights, stayed in all the best hotels, hopped aboard the coolest cruises, and now, you want to share your favorites with the world. Luckily, you can — just by voting in Travel + Leisure's annual World’s Best Awards.

Each year, T+L asks its readers to share the details on their favorite hotels, destinations, cruise lines, airlines, cities, islands, and more to help us narrow in on the best of the best. The survey kicked off on Oct. 24, 2022, and runs through Feb. 27, 2023. But this year, there are two new categories to vote on: best train journeys and best villa rental companies.

This is the first year that villa rental companies have made an appearance. During the pandemic, travelers increasingly started searching for accommodations that could house their entire travel party in one private location, and the trend is still going strong. The category is now especially popular with multi-generational family travelers looking to reunite after several years on a travel hiatus. As a 2021 joint study between New York University and the Family Travel Association found, those traveling with family preferred a vacation rental (54%) over a resort (45%), adding that “vacation rentals have steadily increased in popularity since the inception of this survey.”

You have until Feb. 27 to vote. When you do, you’ll be entered for a chance to win a Viking Longitudinal World Cruise for two, or one of six cash prizes. Once you've voted and while you wait for the results, see all our 2022 winners at travelandleisure.com.
