You can now enjoy char kway teow air-flown from Penang with Airasia’s intercity food delivery

So if you’re a Penangite like me and craving for Penang nasi kandar or char kway teow (yes I said it), you won’t have to drive all the way to the north to get your cravings fixed. airasia food recently launched its brand new intercity food delivery service that allows users to enjoy their all-time favourite delicacies from around the country, air-flown and delivered to their doorstep.

Yes folks, this means you will be able to satisfy your Penang food cravings such as Hameed Pata’s mee goreng sotong, Jeruk Madu Pak Ali’s jeruk campur, nasi kandar from Hameediyah and Tiger Char Kway Teow. All you need to do is click on the ‘Food’ icon on the airasia Super App. All meals will be prepared fresh and air-flown in strict hygienic conditions.

However do take note, this only applies to residents living in Klang Valley as for now. Take note that all vendors that offer air-flown dishes won’t open everyday. Your food can only be delivered on the Wednesday of each week, and with an order cut-off time being before 5pm on Tuesdays. If you’re worried that the delivery fee will cost you one flight ticket, fret not. The delivery fee for each order is RM5.99. You even have the option of pre-ordering the meals up to 30 days in advance.
