How do you take your coffee? With cream, sugar? How about a little tequila? Fire Department Coffee just debuted booze-infused blends that have us doing a double-take. The company's "spirited" (but nonalcoholic) new line features the smells and tastes of bourbon, tequila, or rum. Talk about picking your poison!

Sure, Irish coffee has been around forever, and other brands have introduced java with an alcohol-inspired kick. Jack Daniels recently announced a partnership with World of Coffee, and Molinari Private Reserve teamed up with Wild Card Roasters to develop wine-infused coffee. Then there's Bad Larry's, which makes hard cold brew with malt liquor (which, unlike the other options listed, is actually alcoholic).

But Fire Department is the first-ever to release rum and tequila blends. And instead of cask barrel aging, which can give your cup of joe a harsh flavor, they use a proprietary infusion process.

"Consumers will taste the flavor they love with none of the negatives of the barrel aging process," says Luke Schneider, co-founder of the Illinois company, which donates portions of every sale to military and firefighter charities. "Just the smooth Fire Dept. Coffee they've come to love imbued with the delicious smells and tastes of bourbon, tequila, or rum."

Cheers to (even better) mornings!
