Nicolas Cage Wrestles Motley Crue’s Vince Neil After Assaulting Fan

Nicolas Cage has been caught on video restraining Motley Crue’s Vince Neil after assaulting a female fan who asked for an autograph.

The incident took place inside the Aria Hotel on the Las Vegas strip, when an admirer approached the ‘Con Air’ actor for a signature before Neil allegedly grabbed her by the hair and dragged her to the ground.

Cage was seen outside the hotel afterwards trying his best to restrain the wild musician, and can be heard angrily saying, “Stop this s**t now!” in a 30-second video obtained by TMZ.

Watch the footage right here.

The tussle that can be seen is reportedly the end of what’s been described as a fight, as bypassers stopped to film the incident on their phones. You can clearly see Cage restraining Neil’s arm and head as the pair shout at one another, in an attempt to calm him down.

In truth, it’s difficult to tell if the footage is even genuine as Cage appears to almost be replicating some of his more vocally unstable characters fans have seen over the past few years, but apparently the altercation is indeed real and police are processing the assault claim.

Neil has a history of assault, dating back to 2011 with his ex-girlfriend and was charged with battery and disorderly conduct.

We’re used to seeing Cage scream and overreact in many of his most recent films, but it seems, in a surreal life imitating art kind of way, the actor was in the right place at the right time to defuse the situation and remove Neil from further hurting the woman.
