Nicholas Tse excited about new movie with Donnie Yen
25 Mar – Hong Kong actor Nicholas Tse recently expressed excitement over his upcoming movie project with martial arts star Donnie Yen.
As reported on HK01, the actor, who will be filming EMP's new action film, "Raging Fire" with Donnie soon, stated that it has been years since the two worked together in "Dragon Tiger Gate".
"I have been waiting a long time for the right script and the right team. I have always wanted to star in a really great Hong Kong action film. I am ready for it," he said.
Asked if he is not worried about sustaining injuries filming his new movie, Nicholas stated that it is natural for an actor to get injured while doing an action film.
"I anticipate such a thing filming this genre," he said, adding that he has been training hard in preparation for the film.
Nicholas also stated that he will put his trust in Donnie, who would obviously play the role of action choreographer as well.
The upcoming movie, to be directed by Benny Chan, co-stars Kenny Wong, Kathy Yuen, and Deep Ng. It will begin filming next month.
