Customs officers stop travellers attempting to smuggle bottles of liquor into China

Two travellers were stopped by customs officers as they tried to smuggle 14 bottles of liquor into southern China. A CCTV video filmed in the city of Zhuhai in Guangdong Province on September 13 shows a woman named Ou-yang from Macau trying to go through Gongbei Port via nothing to declare on an electric wheelchair. After the customs officers checked Ou-yang's wheelchair, they found 10 bottles of Chinese liquor hiding under a sponge mat. In another video, customs officers stopped a traveller named Yu from mainland China and found four bottles of Chinese liquor inside his scooter. The case is under further investigation.
