Yoo In Na Reveals Secret to Her Glowing Skin Is Cabbage and Brown Rice


[by Chloe Yun] Actress Yoo In Na revealed her personal skincare tips at ‘Get It Beauty’ press conference held on February 27 at CONRAD Hotel, Seoul. 


Yoo In Na said, “The basic but the most effective skincare tip is drinking a lot of water and eating good foods. When I feel like I need to watch my figure I only drink water two or three days. I eat brown rice instead or white one. I also like to eat steamed cabbage. Not eating junk foods makes a huge difference in a week.”


“Actually I don’t go to a dermatologist very often. I always do facial mask two or three days a week. To keep your skin healthy from the inside, you need to take care of your skin every day,” she continued. 


Yoo also revealed that the secret to her lean body is workout. “I can’t work out very often, but I enjoy light workout, stretching, and lower-body bathing. I also do situps in my spare time,” she said. 


Newly reforming the show for 2014, ‘Get It Beauty’ has scouted two rising beauty icons, Yoo In Na and Jaekyung, as its new hosts. To keep its title of Korea’s No.1 beauty show, ‘Get It Beauty’ will offer more various tips and information on beauty, health, and lifestyle for women.
