Kim Kardashian often heads “straight from the airport to the gym”, her personal trainer has revealed.
The reality TV star is famed for her toned hourglass figure and can often be seen exercising outdoors or heading to the fitness studio.
She also frequently tweets about attending Bootcamp classes and has been open about the fact that she has tried several diets.
Now Gunnar Peterson, who trains both celebrities and professional athletes, has revealed the extent of the brunette beauty’s dedication.
“Kim is an incredibly hard worker. She shows up, does the exercises - she makes time for it. She comes straight from the airport to the gym and is no stranger to 6am workouts,” the fitness pro told British magazine Closer.
With her career frequently requiring her to show off her incredible curves, Kim knows the importance of staying in shape and works out two to three times a week.
“She does a ten minute warm-up by running on the treadmill, followed by crunches, squats and lunges - all while holding five pound weights,” Closer reports. “Kim also avoids eating too much sugar, gluten or dairy.”
