Jun-jin's contract with Open World to expire

8 May – Shinhwa's Jun-jin reveals that his contract with his current agency, the controversial Open World Entertainment will be expiring soon.

As Allkpop website reported, a representative of the singer stated, "His contract will officially expire at the end of June. We're currently discussing where he'd like to take his future. Shinhwa will be on tour until the first week of July so Jun-jin will focus completely on Shinhwa's activities until then. He will not rush into things."

The singer has been a part of Open World Entertainment since 2008. However, due to the nature of the agency's scandal, observers predicted that the singer will not be renewing his contract any time soon and will make a new contract with other agencies.
