The Police revealed that the 12 suspects have been referred to prosecutors for further questioning in order to ascertain whether they will be charged for hurting social morality and disclosing unauthorised secrets, in which the punishment is a maximum five-year imprisonment.

Meanwhile, the 27-year-old Lee is still under questioning by public prosecutors since detention on 23 August after hiding in late July when the photographs were widely circulated on the Internet.
