Francophiles, your dreams will finally come true with the opening of new multi-concept store So France at Duo Galleria on 22 March 2018.

Connoisseurs of French cuisine will love the new venue in the Bugis area, which houses a bistro, wine bar and a selection of gourmet groceries.

So France is helmed by InVivo, France’s top agricultural cooperative group, and French agricultural agency AANA (the Nouvelle-Aquitaine Food Agency).

Stretching across 5000 sq ft, there is also space which can be used to host events like wine tastings and culinary masterclasses.

The gourmet section will feature more than 500 items imported from France, including pastries, wines, cheeses, foie gras, and charcuterie.

On the bistro side, patrons can enjoy a wide array of traditional French cuisine.

Head chef Frédéric Coiffé, who runs So France kitchens, comes from the south-west of France and is known for his modern twists on traditional French dishes.

He has created a menu of regional specialties, including classic dishes such as the Bordeaux-style rib-eye steak.

So France will also provide an exclusive range of wines made by artisanal producers and certified to ensure their authenticity. Offerings include grape varieties and flavours which are typically available only in France.

Patrons can choose to enjoy these wines with their meal at the bistro, relax at the wine bar or purchase a bottle at the gourmet store.
