New Doctor Strange Trailer Is Out Of This World
‘Doctor Strange’ is back with an all-new trailer.
Benedict Cumberbatch is getting seriously magical in this impressive new ‘Doctor Strange’ trailer. And while our previous look at the upcoming Marvel movie focused on the mind-bending mysticism, it looks as though he’s finally getting around to doing some real magic.
And he looks absolutely awesome.

‘Doctor Strange’ sees Benedict Cumberbatch starring as Earth’s Sorcerer Supreme – Dr. Steven Strange. A gifted neurosurgeon who loses everything after a car accident leaves him with horrifically injured hands, Strange travels the world in search of a cure.
But what he finds is more powerful than he could imagine - the mystical arts.
“You think you know how the world works?” asks The Ancient One (played by Tilda Swinton). “What if I told you the reality you know is one of many?”
“Through the mystic arts, we harness energy and shape reality,” she explains. “We travel great distances in an instant.”
Of course, the ‘Inception’ style world manipulation s kicked up a notch as The Ancient One and her followers manipulate the world around them to a greater degree than we’ve seen before.
And it’s really impressive stuff.
But the real treat comes when we finally see Doctor Strange using magic.
This latest trailer is packed full of impressive visuals… and it’s clear that ‘Doctor Strange’ is going to be quite a spectacle. It’s certainly unlike any other Marvel movie we’ve seen before.
But while Doctor Strange is busy learning the magical arts, it looks as though Mads Mikkelsen’s villain is already on his way to causing chaos and destruction… all in the name of saving the world.
“I am death and pain,” says the villainous Kaecilius. “We’ll die protecting this world.”
And with some snatched glimpses of a fight between Kaecilius and Doctor Strange, it looks as though we’re in for a real treat.
‘Doctor Strange’ stars Benedict Cumberbatch, Chiwetel Ejiofor, Tilda Swinton, Benedict Wong, Rachel McAdams and Mads Mikkelsen.
Scott Derrickson directed the movie based on a screenplay he co-wrote with C. Robert Cargill.
‘Doctor Strange’ heads to cinemas on 28 October 2016.
