A new radio station was launched for Chinese-speaking listeners in Singapore on Monday (8 January).

Owned by SPH Radio, 96.3好(Hao)FM offers new infotainment programmes and classic hits by Wan Fang, Winnie Hsin, Faye Wong or Jacky Cheung. The station targets listeners aged 45 years and above.

Radio DJs Jing Yun, Carine, De Ming and Jie Qi will host the morning drive-time show from 6am to 10am to deliver the news and current affairs discussions; Anna Lim will host a health and lifestyle segment from 10am to 1pm; and Li Yi and Guo Xian will host the evening show from 4pm to 8pm. Tune in from 8pm to 12am for classic ballads in a show hosted by radio DJ Wei Wen.

Carine Ang, senior programme director for 96.3FM said, “The team has been working conscientiously over the past few months, carefully curating the station’s playlist. Since our test run in December 2017, we have been deeply encouraged by the positive feedback from our listeners and we’ll only strive to do better.”
