Neelofa changes schedule to prepare for Ramadan

4 Feb - With Ramadan just around the corner, Neelofa revealed that she has started to change her sleep pattern in preparation for the upcoming holy month.

The former actress revealed recently that her Ramadan schedule is different from the norm, as she would wake up as early as 4am, and go to bed after Tarawih, which usually ends around 9 to 10pm.

"If you are the kind to sleep at 12am or 1 in the morning, you have to try and sleep much earlier starting now. That way, you won't feel the drastic change," she said to her followers on TikTok.

At the same time, Neelofa also admitted that she would do a meal prep for when they break their fast instead of wasting time in the kitchen. This is so she can focus on doing other spiritual activities like reading the Quran and reciting dhikr.

"I would list down the menu and prepare all the pastes. This is how I save time so that I won't have to spend too much time working in the kitchen," she said.
