Natalie Tong: Friends have been very encouraging!
23 May - Two days after announcing her breakup from Tony Hung and breaking down in front of the media while talking about it, Natalie Tong appeared calm and more collected at a car event recently.
The actress, who put on a strapless purple floral dress, gave a wide smile when approached for an interview, and shared that she is doing much better after the first few days since the announcement.
She denied that her eyes were swollen from crying too much, saying that she had lack of sleep due to work, but that words of encouragement from friends have helped her a lot through the hard times.
She also thanked ex-boyfriend Tony for defending her, saying, "I know he is also having a lot of pressure. We will continue to support each other."
As to rumours that Sisley Choi was the third party in their relationship, Natalie responded, "We all know there would be a lot of rumours spreading. He has also given his response. I will not talk about this again."
She also declined to respond to reports about the cause of the breakup, reiterating that it is between her and Tony.
She added, "I hope this will come to an end soon, and that we will have a new start."
