Natalie Portman Just Shared the Hair Product She Swears by for Perfectly Tousled Waves

Natalie Portman revealed the product she uses to create her effortlessly wavy hair: Leonor Greyl’s Baume Bois de Rose.
The matte balm helps to hydrate and shape hair.
“With that, I can let my hair dry naturally,” the Black Swan actress told Harper’s Bazaar. “It gives it a nice wave.”

In a new interview with Harper’s Bazaar, the Annihilation actress (gracing us with some of her beauty go-tos) finally revealed the secret behind her perfectly tousled hair: Leonor Greyl Baume Bois de Rose. “With that, I can let my hair dry naturally,’ she told Bazaar. “It gives it a nice wave, and it doesn’t look like a frizzy disaster!”
Formulated with natural waxes and butters, Leonor Greyl Baume Bois de Rose, can be used on both dry and wet hair (like Portman’s), and a little goes a long way in creating delicate waves. It features a genderless rosewood scent, too, that Portman says “smells amazing.”
The brand describes Baume Bois de Rose as “the antithesis of styling gels and waxes,” leaving hair hydrated, workable, and matte.
This isn’t the first time the actress and activist has been linked with Leonor Greyl, either. Back in 2019, she appeared in an Elle shoot with her (stunning) sweep of hair styled exclusively with the brand’s products.
Portman isn't the only one who loves the beauty brand's balm—It's currently sold out on Amazon. In the Bazaar interview, Portman shared a few of her other favorite beauty buys, including Rouge Dior in 999, which “is my favorite lipstick for going out,” she said. As for hair, she recommends one more product: Christophe Robin rose shampoo. It's formulated with rose water and extracts of fortifying baobab to gently cleanse, preserve color, and restore volume and softness, before moving on to Leonor Greyl Baume Bois de Rose.
