Nancy Wu supports Flora Chan's new education-related programme

3 Sep – TVB actress Nancy Wu saw no issue in appearing at the premiere of Flora Chan's new television programme, "After School", despite the fact that it will be aired on a different television network.

As reported on On CC, the actress, who attended the promotional event in Tsim Sha Tsui recently, stated that she was just there to show her support for her esteemed senior, and that doing so is not being frowned upon as many would think.

"She spent the last few years working hard on this show, so I have to be here to encourage her. She took great care of me when I made my debut in showbiz," she said.

It is noted that Nancy and Flora became friends after working together in the TVB series, "Triumph in the Skies".

"After halting her acting career, she spent a lot of time pursuing a degree in education. I think this is a very good programme. I hope it will help parents in raising and educating the next generation," she added.

"After School" will be aired as part of Hong Kong Open TV's (previously known as Fantastic Television) line-up.
