Nancy Wu says Myolie Wu and husband are okay
29 Sep - Good pal Nancy Wu recently played Myolie Wu's unofficial spokesperson as she clarified rumours about Myolie's supposed falling-out with husband, Philip Lee.
As reported on On CC News, Myolie and Philip's trouble in paradise was reported in a tabloid article recently, which stated that the actress and her husband was in a cold war as they arrived at a shopping mall for their movie date, looking sour and unhappy.
Without any speculation regarding their alleged fight, the article claimed that they still went to watch the Korean movie, "Train to Busan", although both didn't seem to be having a good time when they left the movie theatre.
While Myolie herself couldn't be bothered to explain the rumours, Nancy, who attended a fashion event recently, denied there is any hostility between the husband and wife.
"Myolie asked me to respond to the media on her behalf and to tell you not to say they are upset with each other. They are actually very affectionate towards one another," she said.
The actress also defended her best friend, saying that she, of all people, knows how happy they are together and stressed that there is no need for anybody to worry for them.
