Nancy Wu concerned about filming during omicron wave

7 Jan - Nancy Wu recently expressed concern over the rising number of COVID-19 cases, seeing that she is currently filming her new drama, "Drug Breaker" (working title).

As reported on Mingpao, the actress, who appeared at the Charity Digital Art Exhibition on 6 January, stated that she is more worried about the pandemic now than the last time, following news about the new variant omicron.

"I don't know what the crew have arranged for the time being. When you're filming, you can't wear mask, so you need to be very careful," she said.

Nancy also stated that a lot of social gatherings that she was supposed to attend have been cancelled, and that she has also suspended many of her gym appointments.

"It was fortunate that I got to watch Hins Cheung's concert earlier. I went to his tenth show. He joked that the tenth show would be the last one, but then it actually became the last one after others had to be postponed," she said.

On the other hand, Nancy's new drama co-stars Moses Chan, Edwin Siu, Kelly Cheung and Matthew Ho, and will revolve around a former drug lord and the cop who captures him.
