Nadine Lustre wants to takes things slowly for career
10 Oct – Nadine Lustre recently admitted that she is still taking things slowly and not in a rush to get herself onto the next project after experiencing a burnout earlier.
As reported on Philstar, the actress, who previously left the production of "Miracle on Cell Number 7" to focus on her health, stated that she has already changed her mind set when it comes to work and would like to slow down and enjoy things.
"I really just stopped accepting projects because the start of 2019 has been so, stressful for me because I did two movies ["Ulan" and "Indak"] and I also did ["Your Moment"] for ABS-CBN. I deserve some time off for myself," she said.
However, Lustre clarified that it's not the filming itself that tires her, but the series of promotions she has to do for each project.
For now, she is focused on making music with boyfriend James Reid on his indie record label, Careless Music.
"I took a step back and I got freed finally. I'm hooked on living life," she added.
