Mona Allen and Pekin Ibrahim to welcome baby boy
16 Aug – Mona Allen and Pekin Ibrahim recently announced that they are having a baby boy.
The couple shared the good news on social media with a photo from their gender reveal event, in which both actors could be seen popping a black balloon to release tiny blue balloons inside.
"Thank you everyone for coming! Love all of YOU and yes, IT'S A BOY!!! Alhamdullilah, grateful," Mona wrote.
On the other hand, Pekin expressed, "Praise be to God, grateful to you, O Allah."
In an interview following the good news, Mona revealed that she and Pekin have actually chosen the name for their baby back when she was only four months pregnant.
"We've prepared everything since the pregnancy went on its third trimester. So, everything is completed. I hope that everything will be eased for us," she said.
This is the first baby for the couple, who tied the knot in 2018.
