31 Dec – After Gazini Ganados and Michelle Dee were unsuccessful in bringing home the Miss Universe and Miss World crown this year, Isabelle de Leon is now making it her mission to bring home the glory at the upcoming Miss Multinational pageant.

As reported on GMA News, the actress-turned-beauty queen shared this particular aim when asked about her 2020 resolution on the GMA show, "Mars Pa More", saying that she hopes to bring pride to the country.

"I'll do my best. Please support this effort this coming February," she said.

Aside from the upcoming pageant, the actress also hopes to focus more on her music by releasing a new song, and to do more for her YouTube channel in 2020, adding that she has many ideas and concepts that she hopes to inject into her videos.

de Leon, who succeeded Kim Mugford as this year's Miss Multinational, will be competing in the pageant, which will be running from 14 to 22 February 2020 in New Delhi, India.

The Philippines has already won the said crown once before back in 2017 through Manila-born beauty, Sophia Señoron.
