Miriam Quiambao welcomes baby prematurely
18 Feb – Miriam Quiambao has recently given birth to her first child.
The TV personality shared the good news online on 17 February with a photo of her and husband Ardy Roberto with their newborn, writing, "Introducing Elijah Roberto! Thank you all for praying with us. Elijah was born at 7:32pm on Feb 16, 2019 under emergency cesarean procedure led by [Dr Becky Singson]. He weighed 4lbs 7oz., cried heartily, had an Apgar score of 10 and has a perfect latch."
"Glory to God for answered prayers! So grateful to God for this wonderful gift!" she added.
On the other hand, Roberto, who also shared similar photo on Instagram, wrote, "Welcome to the world, Elijah! Thanks for your prayers! Everything went well with the emergency CS tonight. Had a great team led by [Dr Becky Singson], so blessed and overwhelmed by God's goodness!"
"More to come... Have to take care of my wifey now as she recovers from the procedure. Pls continue to pray for her.. Baby's fine and was a model breast feeder. God is soooo good!"
It was just last week that the 43-year-old Quiambao shared online that she may have to give birth to her son prematurely due to some complications. She was 35 weeks into her pregnancy before the emergency procedure.
