Michelin-starred Kam’s Roast opens second outlet at Jewel Changi
Singapore — Hong Kong’s Michelin-starred Kam’s Roast Goose brand opens their second outlet in Singapore at Jewel Changi Airport, marking the brand’s first-ever outlet in an airport setting.
Known as Kam’s Roast in Singapore, the brand follows their first branch at Pacific Plaza in keeping roasted goose out of their menu in Singapore due to the difficulty in attaining quality geese meat here. Fret not, Kam’s Roast still offers a wide variety of roasted meats including roasted duck, roasted pork, and Iberico char siew, along with mouthwatering dishes such as soya chicken, marinated duck, and suckling pig here.
Exclusive to the Jewel Changi outlet includes the Roast Duck Travel Pack (S$60), which compromises of the restaurant’s signature roast duck packed in an exquisite travel gift box. Travellers are allowed to bring the travel pack onto their flights.
Cured sausages (S$25), available in both lean pork and goose liver, are also available for takeaways at the Jewel Changi outlet. Travellers can have them packed in exquisite gift boxes at no extra costs to bring back home as souvenirs. Special discounts for two boxes and above are available only at Jewel Changi outlet.

On top of the brand’s signature roasted duck, diners can also enjoy the high-quality Iberico Char Siew roast, made with free-range black pigs of the Iberian Peninsula. Marinated and seasoned with a secret Kam’s blend, the meat is roasted in the traditional way, giving it the enticing ratio of meat and charred bits.
To celebrate the opening of the Jewel Changi outlet, Kam’s Roast is offering lunch promotions for both takeaways and dine-ins, including S$1 cured meat (S$8.80) at both of their outlets. Promotions will run from now until 26 May.
