Michael Jackson Accused of Child Sexual Abuse in New Lawsuit

More than seven years after Michael Jackson’s death, the sordid allegations against the deceased King of Pop keep coming.

A lawsuit filed Tuesday claims that Jackson sexually abused an underage girl, and used his companies to find children to exploit.

The anonymously filed lawsuit claims that Jackson sexually abused the victim between 1986 and 1989, when the defendant ranged from 12 to 15 years old.

The suit, filed in Los Angeles Superior Court, names a pair of unidentified companies that Jackson allegedly ran.

“The thinly veiled, covert second purpose of these businesses was to operate as a child sexual abuse operation, specifically designed to locate, attract, lure and seduce child sexual abuse victims,” the lawsuit reads.

The suit claims that the plaintiff and her parents met Jackson in 1986 while sightseeing at his Hayvenhurst Ave home in Encino, California.

The “Beat It” singer asked for the family’s home phone number, after which the abuse allegedly began.

It allegedly included “fondling Plaintiff sexually on her genitals and body, digitally penetrating Plaintiff, giving plaintiff what he termed ‘movie kisses’ where he tongue-kissed her mouth and body, orally copulated Plaintiff, forced Plaintiff to orally copulate him, rubbed his clothed and unclothed body against Plaintiff’s,and rubbed his penis on Plaintiff’s vagina and attempted to fully insert it into her vagina, only partially inserting it and causing Plaintiff to bleed,” the lawsuit reads.

Howard Weitzman, attorney for Michael Jackson’s estate, blasted the new lawsuit as “without any merit.”

“This is yet another attempt to hit the lottery by suing the Estate of Michael Jackson more than seven years after Michael’s death and close to 30 years after these incidents supposedly occurred,” Weitzman said in a statement to TheWrap. “We believe this claim was created from whole cloth and is without any merit. It’s also no coincidence that this woman is represented by the same attorneys involved in two other frivolous claims against the Estate.”

Claiming intentional infliction of emotional distress, negligence, negligent supervision and other counts, the lawsuit seeks unspecified damages.
